“I had the privilege of spending a few weeks in Madina during the summer of 2013, and to see first hand the amazing accomplishment of building a school where there has never been one. I was part of a team that provided training for the dedicated group of teachers, organized supplies, and helped with the first ever registration. Madina Village School is a ray of hope in a country that has suffered much. Any gift you can give will be much appreciated by my new young friends in Madina."
Joanne Cearbaugh, ELL Teacher Fort Wayne Community Schools
Fast forward to 2021! As a now retired FWCS teacher, I had the privilege of visiting Madina Village School in the fall of 2021. The school is thriving!! Over 400 children are receiving an excellent education, but it doesn’t stop there. Each child is fed a daily nutritious rice meal, is given a mosquito net to prevent malaria and soon will receive basic medical care at Madina Village School Health Center.
The highlight of my visit was meeting my sponsored child and her family. See picture above!
Francis and Bobbie Mustapha are world changers and I’m honored to partner with them.
